Solomon trained at two of the UK’s leading Mindfulness institutions: the Sussex Mindfulness Centre (an NHS Foundation Trust) and the Oxford Mindfulness Centre to deliver THE ‘Gold Standard’ NHS-approved courses.

He is also a Positive Intelligence Coach and delivers the powerful ‘PQ’ Coaching Programme - developed by Shirzad Chamine at Stanford University.

His coaching is based on the latest research from Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Psychology, and Performance Science. He delivers training to start-ups, communities and corporates.

Sol’s Story

For years, Sol struggled with a harsh, judgmental inner critic — a relentless voice that found fault at every turn.

This led to periods of anxiety and depression that felt like dark clouds obscuring the light.

Sol’s journey began at a retreat in 2004, where he spent ten days in silence, observing his mind for 11 hours each day.
