Who is the event suitable for?
This event is suitable for everyone but it does require a basic level of health and fitness. You will need to be capable of walking for at least 2 hours. However, you don’t need to have any previous experience with the Wim Hof Method.
Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method. You will be asked to fill in a health declaration form prior to participating in the event.
Regretfully, at this time, we are not able to allow participants under the age of 18 to attend the event. This is in line with the Official Wim Hof Method Health & Safety Guidelines and is not a policy of Wise & Prime (but one we still have to adhere to).

About your Wim Hof instructor
Mat’s an experienced Personal Trainer in Hove and Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor who’s personally spent time alongside Wim testing his limits in the cold and learning from the Master himself.
Mat started practicing the Wim Hof Method back in 2017 and then qualified as an instructor in 2020. Now, he's on a mission to empower people to better manage their health using these simple, proven, natural methods.
After experiencing a severe burnout as a result of a hectic lifestyle and chronic stress, Mat used the Wim Hof Method as a tool to help him recover and still uses it today to optimise his body and mind.
He believes all health starts with the mind. And when you have a clear and content mind, you make better decisions and are more likely to achieve your health and fitness goals, whatever they may be.
